My story...

Let me share a bit about myself. I was born in Sydney, Australia. I studied at the Australian College of Applied Psychology completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science (Counselling).

For over a decade now, I've been working as a registered clinical counsellor, walking alongside my clients through some tough times. My approach? It's all about being person-centred, and holistic – it's truly my passion.

After diving deeper into the world of therapy, I completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Art & Play Applications in therapy. That led me to open my own private practice, where I had the privilege of working with amazing adults, children, and their families.

Oh, and did I mention? I'm also an adoptive mother. Yup, it's been quite the journey, and I even wrote a bestselling book called 'Navigating Adoption: Desire to Reality.'

But here's the thing! Life threw me some curveballs, including some major physical health issues. Through it all, though, I've come to truly believe in the power of support and self-discovery. We all have the ability to heal, and sometimes, reaching out is the first step.
